Add Multiple Saved Comments

Allow for insertion of multiple saved comments by checking multiple at a time. Currently when viewing a saved comment the first one clicked overrides.

Also, have it not override current comment text.

This will allow an inspector to make comments on the deficiency. Then we can add generic saved comments such as “Contact a licensed plumber”

  Hey Thomas

  If you have text in a comment and then select another comment from you library the app asks if you want to Append the selected comment to the end of the existing text or Replace the text with the selected comment.
