Exclude Comments from Summary

When viewing all inspection comments on the report one should be able to “uncheck” specific comments to not include them in the summary page. By default all should be included.

  That is the purpose of Informational vs Deficiency comments.

  Only Deficiency comments are displayed on the summary. If you need a comment in the report but do NOT want it on the Report Summary you can flag it Informational.

  For a quick review of all the comments in a report you may want to use the View All Report Comments screen. You can then tap on and edit any comments to switch from Deficiency to Informational or vice versa.
