Client Mailing Address

Please allow for me to enter the clients mailing address on the main information page. Useful for mailing physical reports if need be.

  There are no plans to add a mailing address.

  We had a mailing address for the client and agents for awhile but the value became less and less obvious. As a general rule Home Inspection Reports are not mailed. It simply takes to long to print one out, package, and get it delivered.

  The other thing to remember is that the client's mailing address will likely be changing since they are buying a new home.

  Understandable, in NY State law requires a copy be mailed, so thats why I asked.

  You may want to verify with your licensing board.

  I think NY and most other licensed states say a written report must be provided in some number of days but not how that must be provided. Electronic format and delivery of a written report has been an accepted industry standard for some time.
