Link Expiration to report after State Liability expires

In Wisconsin, the liability on the inspection report is two years from the date of inspection.  I recommend that the link to the customer and realtors to pick up the report expires after two years from the date of inspection.  An option could be available for the inspector to download the report as a pdf and send it out to select customers on request after two years.  

By keeping these links active indefinitely creates a sense of extended liability to the home inspector.
