Our default templates include the areas that are viewed and commented on during the course of a typical inspection. These categories are listed as sections within each template. It's possible that an inspector may want to modify the standard section names, or repurpose an existing section for a different area.
To change a section name, follow these steps:
- Within the app, tap the '+' in the upper right corner.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap the template to be modified.
- Tap the report checklist element to be modified.
- Tap Change Section Name or Change Item Name at the bottom of the screen.
- Update the name.
- Tap Done.
The updated section name is now visible in the report checklist and will be displayed in the final report.
