The Team subscription plan allows the owner of a multi inspector firm to maintain consistent branding of reports and customer experience regardless of who on the team does the inspection. The plan also makes it simple and easy to invite, edit, and remove inspectors from your team as needed.
Team Dashboard
As the team owner you can view and assign jobs to any team member from the Jobs screen of your web account.

You will also manage the members of your team from the Team Members page of your web account.

Shared Team Assets
Each team member shares the use of the team assets managed by the team owner. This shared information helps maintain consistent branding and messaging for any report done by any team member.
One of the biggest advantages of the Team plan is that the team owner has the sole permission to change or edit the Company Profile of the team. This includes the company contact information (ie company name, company phone number, web site), the company logo, and the default company messaging email signature.

Other team assets include the team's Report Publishing settings (ie team default invitation email, invitation expirations, and the team pickup message), the team's Saved Comments, and the team's Contacts.
Granting Team Permissions
The team owner can grant certain permission to inspectors on the Team Members page. These permissions can be used to allow team inspectors to make changes to some of the shared team assets.

Use these settings to control how much independence you want members of your team to have when performing inspections. Be careful as these permissions may have unexpected consequences.

Inviting Inspectors to your Team
When inviting new members to your team it is a best practice to verify that no current account is using the email address you are inviting. While it is possible to invite and existing Tap Inspect account to your team many of the automated setup we do for you will not occur is the invited account already exists.
Inspector Assets
Each team member also has their own private assets that must be set for each invited inspector.
User Profile
The inspector assets are what and individual Tap Inspect user would also see in their User Profile with the addition of two assets that are specific to team members. These are:
- Calendar color to identify this inspector in the Jobs calendar
- Message signature for the inspector if using the messaging system of scheduling
As a team owner you can edit your inspector's User Profile from the action menu [...] of that inspector on your Team Members page.
Report Attachments
These will be deprecated soon.
Integrations
Third party integrations like Google Calendar, Google Drive, ISN, HomeBinder, etc, are currently user based. Not team based. This means that each team member will need to set up each integration they will be using.
