[Beta Access Only] Mailchimp

The ability to push your Tap Inspect Contacts to Mailchimp for email marketing is available with our Mailchimp Integration.

Each person is added to a Mailchimp Audience and tagged in Mailchimp with the role they had in your Tap Inspect job. This lets you filter and define lists that are targeted to different roles like clients, buyer's agents, and listing agents.

You must have an active Mailchimp account and an API Key to use the Tap Inspecet Mailchimp Integration.

Mailchimp offers a free pricing tier, ideal for home inspectors with 500 or fewer contacts and paid plans to fit your business and marketing.

Set Up the Mailchimp Integration

Point your web browser to https://app.tapinspect.com/integrations (login with your email and password if needed) and tap Add Mailchimp.

Paste the API Key you generated into the API Key of your Mailchimp Integration. Tap Save Changes.

The Integration is active. Tell the Mailchimp Integration what Audience you want new contacts to be added to and what Roles to Send to Mailchimp. Tap Save Changes.

Using the Integration

With an active Mailchimp Integration, you will see Add People to Mailchimp as a Sharing destination or your job. Each person with the Roles to Send to Mailchimp is sent unless you use the action menu and Don't Share With This Integration.

Once you Share the results, you will see a Success badge displayed in the Add People to Mailchimp tile on the Share tab and the Schedule tab of the job.

If the integration fails for some reason, you can use the action button to Rerun Mailchimp for this job.
