Requesting Support from the Mobile App

Submitting a support request directly from the mobile app gives our support team valuable account information that makes it easier to help you more efficiently. Follow these steps to submit a support request from the mobile app.

1. From your Jobs dashboard, go into your Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Contact Support.
3. Create your support request as usual and a member of our support team will reach out to you soon.
