Submitting a support request directly from the mobile app gives our support team valuable account information that makes it easier to help you more efficiently. Follow these steps to submit a support request from the mobile app.
- From your Jobs dashboard, go into your Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Contact Support.
- Create your support request as usual and a member of our support team will reach out to you soon.
